One of the classic symptoms of the first trimester of pregnancy is exhaustion. While we might not yet be showing, our bodies are working hard on the inside. Having a yoga practice that can help us rest can be incredibly nourishing to the body at this time. This is labeled as a first trimester practice because this video contains poses that might not be appropriate for second or third trimester bodies.
